The Hettig-Kahn Companies have been developing market and affordable residential multifamily, commercial, and shopping center properties in and around the Houston area since 1977. The development group has also developed properties in a number of other states including Nevada, California, Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee.

We currently have South Acres Ranch in the development stage. South Acres Ranch will be 80-unit single-family rental homes located on the east side of the approximately 11500 block of Scott in south Houston. Hettig/Kahn is projected to start into the construction phase on South Acres Ranch in June 2009 and is projected to be completed in June 2010.
