The Hettig-Kahn Companies have been developing market and affordable residential multifamily, commercial, and shopping center properties in and around the Houston area since 1977.  The development group has also developed properties in a number of other states including Nevada, California, Florida, Ohio, and Tennessee.

Currently we have three projects that are in the development stages:  Los Puentes Office Park, Waterside Court, and The Enclave.  Los Puentes is located in Richmond, Texas on the Southwest Freeway, and will be a medical plaza for doctors and others in the medical/dental profession.  Waterside Court will be 118 single-family rental homes located at 503 West Road in northwest Houston.  The Enclave will be 40 single-family rental homes that will be located on two sites on West Tidwell near Ella in northwest Houston.

Hettig/Kahn is projected to start into the construction phase on Los Puentes in May or June of 2007.  Construction has begun on The Enclave and Waterside Court and is projected to be complete in the Spring of 2007.
